A dynamic travel technology firm in Milan is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to help companies streamline their travel processes. You will research prospects, collaborate with team members, and present solutions to stakeholders. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree and have sales experience, particularly in a SaaS environment. The role offers fixed and variable compensation with a flexible work model, allowing remote work one day a week.

We are a dynamic scale-up: the fastest-growing business travel player in Europe. We create seamless online processes for the end-to-end management of all business travel needs of corporate clients. Through our technology, we make business travel easy for their employees.

In the last 5 years, we have grown from start-up to scale-up, with more than 600 active clients and over 500,000 bookings processed.

We currently have 5 offices in Italy, Spain, and Albania, with over 90 employees, averaging 31 years of age.

We are experiencing a new growth phase, expecting to triple our revenue this year and expand our staff by 130 employees.

What you will do
  • Gain a full understanding of our value proposition and how we help companies save money, time, and reduce frustrations.
  • Research and qualify new prospects in Italy, ensuring they have problems that BizAway can solve.
  • Collaborate with the Country Sales Manager and the Account Executive to define target lists.
  • Present our solutions to various stakeholders (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.).
  • Proactively suggest actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve sales processes and growth.
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in Sales and/or SaaS start-up is a plus.
  • Native Italian speaker with good English skills.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Hunger: eager to take on challenges and learn daily.
  • Proactivity: actively propose solutions and learn from mistakes.
  • Organization: meticulous in CRM activities to achieve results.
  • Flexibility: comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
