Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Business Developer to join our team in South Europe, focusing on the French market within the Frozen Processed Poultry sector. The ideal candidate has a strong ambition for professional growth, autonomy in seeking new commercial channels, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a structured sales approach aligned with management objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the SEU Regional Manager.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends in the French Frozen Processed Poultry market.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate and expand our presence in the French market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Promote Tyson Brand, highlighting its unique selling points and benefits to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, track prospects, and add qualified leads to the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to support business development activities.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: 1-2 years in sales or business development, preferably in the frozen food service industry.

Language Skills: Fluency in French and English required; additional languages are a plus.

Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.

Travel: Willing to travel within South Europe and occasionally to other regions as needed.
