About

We are seeking a Business Controller to join our dynamic Finance team in Italy. You will be a proactive finance business partner, supporting the team during month-end closing, budget and forecast processes, variations analysis, and cost-control activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting for legal entities.

Your mission

• Monitor and analyze business performance, including revenue streams, costs, and profit margins across various units and regions;
• Run business and cost control processes to ensure accurate reporting;
• Support in maintaining budgets, forecasts, and financial targets aligned with strategic objectives;
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities;
• Prepare reports and insights for senior management to facilitate decision-making;
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and controls.

This is what you bring along

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
• 1-2 years of experience in Business & Cost Controlling, preferably in Tech or Advertising services;
• Understanding of revenue recognition principles and cost structures;
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis techniques;
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting principles;
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with NAV and consolidation systems (e.g., Tagetik, HFM) is a plus;
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); CV must be in English;
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail;
• Assertive, proactive, and collaborative attitude;
• Results-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
