Position

• Junior Business Controller
• You will:
• Support the budget, forecast, and monthly/quarterly reporting process by collecting and consolidating data from various departments
• Assist with financial variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, or last year's figures
• Optimize and implement a business controlling process in existing or new territories
• Deep dive into sales and marketing data to create or improve operational dashboards used by senior management and the sales team as support in their decision-making process
• Build relevant reporting routines on sales activity using ZOHO Analytics (our CRM tool)
• Use your analytical skills to complete and correct data needed for reporting
• Support the Finance agenda through future changes and challenges

Skills

• English proficiency (additional European languages like Italian, Spanish, Polish, Danish, German are a plus)
