CEVA Logistics is seeking a Finance-focused Business Controller at the early career stage to support performance analysis across Ground & Rail operations. You will work with Finance and Operations to understand cost drivers, profitability, and reporting, contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes.

The role emphasizes developing solid foundations in business controlling within an international logistics environment and offers exposure to cross-functional and global teams.

Competenze

• Basic understanding of Management Control and financial analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with data sets.
• Interest in budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Interest in logistics and operational business environments.
• Knowledge of Power BI or ERP systems is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Mansioni

• Support analysis of financial and operational performance across Ground & Rail activities.
• Monitor revenues, costs, margins and key business performance indicators.
• Contribute to monthly management reporting, comparing actual results to budget and forecasts.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes with data collection and analysis.
• Support reconciliation between accounting data and management reporting.
• Contribute to dashboards, presentations and performance reviews.
• Develop and improve controlling tools and data analysis processes.
