CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced Sales Development Expert for Italy. The role focuses on developing Ground & Rail opportunities, strengthening the customer portfolio, and supporting sustainable profitability through close collaboration with operations, finance, legal, and procurement teams.

The successful candidate will lead commercial activities, present tailored proposals, and help drive growth across domestic and international transport solutions.

Competenze

• Experienced Field Sales professional with a strong commercial background in road transportation, rail freight, intermodal solutions, and logistics.

Mansioni

• Retain, strengthen, and develop the assigned customer portfolio with high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Acquire new customers through prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
• Identify commercial opportunities within road freight, rail freight, and intermodal transportation markets.
• Promote Ground & Rail services and tailored logistics solutions, including domestic and international transport.
• Prepare and present customised commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
• Support tender and RFQ processes in collaboration with Front Office Management, Middle Office, Procurement, and other functions.
• Participate in industry events and other business-development activities.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with international network to exchange commercial information and develop cross-border opportunities.
