Job summary

Diesel Headquarters in Breganze (Italy) seeks a Junior Business Controller to join the HQ Finance team. You will collect data to validate short, medium and long-term financial planning for the marketing function and analyze variances to support management actions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience, a degree in Economics, strong Excel (pivots/advanced formulas), and familiarity with Hyperion, Power BI and SAP, plus fluent English. Location: Breganze (VI).

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics is required.
• 1–2 years of business/financial controlling experience.
• Strong Excel skills (pivots, advanced formulas).
• Experience with Hyperion, Power BI and SAP preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Collect data for consolidated financial planning and validation.
• Analyze variances on sales and costs to support marketing actions.
