Youta Srl, a leading company in the ceramic sector, is seeking to hire a Junior Business Controller to join their Management Control team for organizational strengthening.

Job Description

The Junior Business Controller, reporting to the Management Control team, will be responsible for:

1. Supporting the management control staff in industrial control activities.
2. Analyzing economic and financial data to monitor company performance.
3. Participating in the preparation of periodic reports and variance analysis.
4. Collaborating in defining and improving budgeting and forecasting processes.
5. Assisting the team in finance activities, with potential growth opportunities in the role.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

1. A degree in Business Management or equivalent qualification.
2. Previous experience (including internships) in industrial control or consulting.
3. Good knowledge of financial analysis tools and management control.
4. Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
5. Good command of the English language.
6. Analytical skills, precision, and problem-solving abilities.
7. Teamwork attitude and good communication skills.
