Junior Business Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Business Consultant to be part of DXC Consulting team.

You will blend a passion for technology as a key business enabler with a genuine interest in one or more of the following Industry sectors: Public Sector, Financial Institutions, Energy, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Consumer & Retail, and Transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in interviewing Clients, identifying business issues and proposing solutions. Assists in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.).

• Help on the creation of an impact in the client’s organization to develop and transform their business and IT strategies.

• Assists in creating roadmaps describing as-is and to-be customer environments.

• Contributes to proposals, bids, Statements of Work and other deliverables using a concise, professional writing style.

• Contribute to shaping, preparing and delivering client presentations, workshops and proposals.

Education and Skills:

• Recent degree in Technical or Business field.

• Interest in Information Technology.

• Nice to have: university project experience in Business Analysis or project management.

• An internship in IT fields will be considered a plus.

The ideal candidate has relational and analytical skills, with a constant focus on the goals, team-working ability, and proficient Italian and English (both oral and written).
