Marsh is seeking a talented young candidate to join as Junior Business Analyst & Italy CRM Coordinator through our Professional Graduate Programme in our Corporate Segment based in Milan, within the Business Development Corporate team. The Corporate segment targets companies with a turnover between 25 and 350 million; it is divided into Private Companies and Public Entities. The strategy is to support different customer types in a customized way according to their turnover, providing tailored solutions.

The candidate will be introduced to our organization through an inspiring opportunity that will enable professional growth within a dynamic and thriving team.

What can you expect?

• A growth and acceleration journey with technical and theoretical training, combined with on-the-job sessions, guided by a Tutor, a Mentor, and a Buddy;
• An induction training to learn about Marsh's organizational structure, strategic vision, and meet senior leaders and teams;
• Career progression starting with a 6-month internship, leading to potential employment based on performance and dedication.

We will count on you to :

Be the primary contact for Italy for our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), supporting business areas with reports, dashboards, and analysis;

Participate in European meetings to stay updated on platform developments and collaborate with other European coordinators;

Conduct data analysis and provide insights for decision-making;

Support and develop individual plans including financial goals and sales strategies;

Collaborate with the Segment Leader to align business objectives and strategies;

Work closely with Marketing on sales campaigns;

Assist HR in sales training and professional development courses;

Support the Corporate Segment leader in defining and analyzing annual sales goals.

What you need to have :

University Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Risk Management, or similar;

Fluency in English and Italian;

Advanced skills in IT tools, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint);

Strong interest in Risk Management and insurance brokerage.
