Il candidato ideale è un neolaureato in discipline STEM con buone capacità di analisi e comunicazione. La posizione offre un'esperienza pratica con un stipendio di 30.000€ per i candidati con esperienza o un tirocinio retribuito di 800€ al mese per i neolaureati.

Job Opportunity: Junior Business Analyst (Neolaureati STEM)

We are seeking for a recent STEM graduates for the role of Junior Business Analyst for a leading company that produces high-quality valves for topside and subsea applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business needs to translate them into requirements for effective solutions, adhering to company standards and best practices.
• Participate proactively in analysis sessions for new applications and lead internal improvement projects, coordinating activities and monitoring results.
• Identify and share opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain project documentation for business stakeholders.
• Utilize the internal CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or engineering disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of process analysis and design methodologies.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Organizational and planning abilities.
• Good communication and relational skills.
• Basic knowledge of English language.

Additional Information

Position: Internship with €800 stipend for recent graduates, or direct employment with a gross annual salary of €30,000 for candidates with some experience.

Location: Rescaldina (MI)
