About the Role:

As a Junior Brand Manager within the Premium Chocolate Marketing Team, you will support the development and execution of brand strategies for one of our most iconic and emotionally engaging brands: Mon Chéri. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across key marketing pillars, including market analysis, consumer insight, brand communication, and product strategy. Working closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners, you will contribute to initiatives that shape brand performance and drive business results, while also playing an active role in the digital communication strategy across multiple brands.

Main Responsibilities:

You will help bring the brand strategy to life by analyzing market dynamics, tracking consumer trends, and monitoring competitive activity. Your support will be crucial in identifying opportunities for growth and providing data-driven recommendations that support strategic planning.
You will contribute to the development of integrated communication campaigns, assisting in the preparation of briefs for creative and media agencies, and taking part in the evaluation of campaign effectiveness through both quantitative and qualitative research tools.
Your role will also include contributing to the cross-brand digital communication plan, offering support on content coordination, performance tracking, and platform-specific initiatives.
Additionally, you will assist with marketing budget tracking, product volume forecasts, and the preparation of materials for internal alignment meetings. This experience will give you a comprehensive view of how brand management connects insight, creativity, and execution in a global environment.
