A leading consumer goods company in Milan seeks a Brand Manager to support brand strategy development and execution in the Hair Color category. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to drive growth and strengthen market share. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of marketing experience, strong creative and strategic planning skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Competenze

  • 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in a similar business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ideas.

About this Position: As a Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development, execution, and performance tracking of brand strategies within the Hair Color category managing multiple brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, trade marketing, R&D, and supply chain—to deliver compelling brand initiatives that drive growth, strengthen market share, and connect with consumers in the mass-market channel.

What you´ll do:

  • Executes local market programs and campaigns and Marketing Mix
  • Conducts market and consumer assessment and derives actions
  • Provides overall marketing support to marketing and sales teams
  • Supports local roll-outs of new products and programs including communication campaigns
  • Executes brand management and sales promotion activities locally
  • Manages resources needed and ensures timely local execution of initiatives
  • Leads local insight generation actions and programs
  • Supports with inno process inputs especially in case of regionally led innovations

What makes you a good fit:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Marketing; an experience in similar business is a plus
