Overview

Junior Back Office fluent in French and English. Our client is a major player in the mobility services sector. In a structured and international environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in the Fleet Operations and Supply Chain Departments.

Responsibilities

• Managing vehicle orders
• Organizing transport
• Checking documents related to delivery procedures
• Approving technical interventions
• Reviewing and approving tax documents for payments to vendors
• Managing the email inbox and customer service requests
• Reporting
• Analyzing and monitoring internal KPIs
• Playing a role in the optimization of fleet processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master\'s degree
• Fluent in English and French
• Passion for the automotive industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and highly organized with excellent planning skills

This position is based in Rome.

Available on a full-time fixed-term contract through Adecco (renewable).

Remuneration is commensurate to experience.
