FRI-EL GREEN POWER S.P.A. is a leading company in the production of energy from renewable sources, with a particular focus on the wind and photovoltaic sectors.

The Group’s activities and core competencies encompass all phases of design, construction, production, and sale of electricity, including landscape analysis, evaluation, and the approval process.

To strengthen our team at the Bolzano office, we are looking for an engineer (m/f/d) with 1-2 years of experience in the development and design of large-scale renewable energy production plants.

The selected candidate will report to the area manager. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil/Environmental/Energy/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering;
  • Proficiency in key software tools (Office suite, AutoCAD, etc.);
  • Oral and written communication skills related to the technical area;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Precision and passion for work;
  • Ability to provide technical support with a practical approach focused on problem-solving;
  • Flexibility and motivation in carrying out assigned tasks;
  • Flexibility in seeking and accepting coaching and feedback.

Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Supporting the management and maintenance of hydroelectric assets;
  • Reporting and monitoring of hydroelectric assets;
  • Preparation of intervention reports, expert evaluations and estimates;
  • Development and supervision of projects for authorization and maintenance purposes;
  • Execution of calculations, simulations and basic preliminary analyses;
  • Supporting administrative and commercial management in O&M activities.

This position is also open to candidates from protected categories under Law 68/99.

The type of contract and salary level will be determined based on the profile and experience of the selected candidate.
