The opportunity

For our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi we are looking for a junior profile who will join the Sales team (1 year contract).

Responsibilities
  • Conducting face-to-face and/or remote sales activities with new or existing customers.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products, services, or solutions.
  • Planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies for products, services, and associated brands.
  • Monitoring and managing product/brand performance, including budgeting, expenditures, profitability, and return on investment (P&L responsibility).
  • Providing customer service and support, including product and pricing information, and resolving issues related to billing, shipping, delivery, and complaints.
Your background
  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Engineering or Economics;
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales roles will be considered a plus;
  • Fluency in both Italian and English (B2/C1);
  • Proactivity, resilience, customer oriented mindset and outstanding communication skills are required.
