Cartier is offering a Junior Architect trainee position in its South-East Europe Commercial Department, based in Milano. You will support both VM and Store Design Planning teams with daily operational tasks, from wholesale administration to layout proposals and reporting.

The role requires teamwork, strong English and Italian, and a proactive, adaptable mindset to thrive in a multicultural environment. The internship provides exposure to global retail operations and hands-on design support.

Mansioni

• Support the VM team in handling the wholesale channel.
• Manage VM administrative tasks with Boutiques and dealers (POs, invoices, wholesale orders).
• Create VM reporting for openings and events; enrich VM Yammer pages and internal tools.
• Collaborate with VM team on CSR projects.
• Support the SDP team in Boutique Maintenances end-to-end processes.
• Manage SDP admin tasks with Boutiques and Espaces (POs, vendors, SAP, invoices).
• Design preliminary Espace layout proposals and plan materials.
• Create SDP reporting and presentations for new openings; enrich the SDP Yammer pages.

You will have the opportunity to join our South-East Europe Commercial Department as a Junior Architect trainee in our office. In this role, you will support both the VM and Store Design Planning (SDP) teams in key daily operational tasks and actions.

Vm Requirements

• Support the VM team in handling the wholesale channel
• Manage all VM administrative aspects with Boutiques and dealers (e.g. purchase order, creation/extensions vendors, invoices check, wholesale Orders of institutional PLV boutiques & communications, wholesale VM Monthly Cycle order)
• Create VM reporting for new openings, special events/activations
• Contribute to enrich VM yammer pages and the internal tools
• Collaborate with VM team on CSR projects

Sdp Requirements

• Support the SDP team in Boutique Maintenances whole process
• Manage all SDP administrative aspects with Boutiques and Espaces (e.g. purchase order, creation/extensions vendors, follow SAP procedure, invoices check, suppliers follow up, site surveys during and after works)
• Manage all administrative aspects with Espaces and Boutique Maintenances
• Design preliminary layout proposal for Espace, and resourcing materials
• Create SDP reporting and presentations on new openings
• Contribute to enrich the SDP Yammer pages and internal tools

PROFILE

Good interpersonal and communication skills are required as well strong attention to detail and partner’s needs. Team-Player approach and Fluent in English and Italian

Pro-active mindset, flexibility and adaptability to a multicultural environment.

Good knowledge on Excel, power point, power BI, SAP, AutoCAD
