One Works is looking for a talented Junior Architect to join our Team in Milan. The position requires a strong designer who can also effectively coordinate and engage in design team interaction, communicate design ideas to a range of audiences and resolve construction challenges.

• Master's Degree in Architecture
• 1- 2 years’ working architectural experience
• exceptionally strong design and detailing skills
• international experience would be a bonus
• experience across all design work stages, especially detailed design
• excellent visualisation skills using Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, or Sketch up
• professional working proficiency in English (speaking, reading and writing)
• strong skills in problem solving and adaptability
• ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a large team
