ADD Capital Corp. in Milan is seeking a Junior Analyst to join our Investment & Asset Management team. You will support underwriting, due diligence, acquisition, development and exits, collaborating with the full ADD Capital team.

The role emphasizes analytical modelling, AI-driven tools, and clear investor reporting, with 1 year real estate experience and fluent Italian and English.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in real estate investment, transactions, advisory or development.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong financial modelling skills in Excel.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Confident, daily use of AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Analysis and financial modelling: analysing market data to support investment decisions; building and updating business plans and financial models in Excel.
• Execution: coordinating advisors and data rooms during due diligence, monitoring development projects and supporting exit processes.
• Reporting: drafting Investment Committee memos and investor materials; preparing reports, dashboards and presentations for Management.

Your role

We are looking for a Junior Analyst with a strong analytical mindset to join our Investment & Asset Management team. The successful candidate will work closely with the entire ADD Capital team across the full investment life cycle: underwriting, due diligence, acquisition, development and exit, with direct exposure to Management and institutional investors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analysis and financial modelling: analysing quantitative and qualitative market data to support investment decisions; building and updating business plans and financial models in Excel.
• Execution: coordinating advisors and data rooms during due diligence, monitoring development projects and supporting exit processes.
• Reporting: drafting Investment Committee memos and investor materials; preparing reports, dashboards and presentations for Management.

Your profile

• At least 1 year of experience in real estate investment, transactions, advisory or development. Experience in the residential sector is a plus.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong financial modelling skills in Excel.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Confident, daily use of AI tools.
