Accenture is hiring an Early Talent AI Native Engineer to start your engineering career. This entry-level role targets recent graduates with strong foundations in software, learning agility, and AI curiosity.

You’ll train and grow in a client-facing, full-stack capacity, delivering API-driven applications and AI-enabled solutions across cloud and DevOps areas. You’ll work within delivery teams, using languages such as Python, Java, or TypeScript, and explore agentic AI, APIs, and modern tech

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Foundational programming experience in at least one primary language: Python, Java, TypeScript, or Node.js.
Basic understanding of web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Academic projects or internships in software development demonstrating you can build and ship code.
Understanding of Agile delivery fundamentals.
Active and frequent use of AI tools in study or work.

Mansioni

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product teams to design, build, test, and deploy custom applications and services.
Develop API-driven and platform-based solutions across front-end and back-end using Python, Java, or TypeScript.
Work in Agile delivery models and contribute reliably to sprint cycles.
Use AI coding assistants daily to boost productivity and output quality.
Validate AI-generated outputs for errors and biases, ensuring reliability.
