WHO YOU WILL BE

We are looking for a Junior AI & Data Science Consultant who is not only passionate about data, but also able to interpret it, extract insights, and contribute to actionable recommendations that support our clients’ digital evolution.

You will work on strategic and operational projects across industries, collaborating closely with senior consultants and digital experts. Your role will bridge the gap between data analysis and business strategy, helping clients make informed decisions based on real evidence and AI-driven models.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyze and interpret structured and unstructured data from various digital sources
• Support the design, development, and utilization of predictive models, clustering, segmentation, and other ML/AI techniques.
• Translate data outputs into clear insights and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and data-driven approaches into digital business initiatives (e.g. e-commerce, CRM, customer journeys)
• Participate in client meetings, contributing to the discussion with evidence-based suggestions
• Develop dashboards and visual tools to effectively communicate key findings
• Stay up to date with new developments in AI, data science, and digital business trends

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field (e.g. Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Physics)
• Basic proficiency in Python and common data libraries (e.g. Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib)
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and data visualization
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher)
• Curiosity for emerging technologies and a desire to learn quickly
• Expert skills in data analysis tools and techniques ("super ninja" level)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation

BONUS POINTS FOR

• Experience with generative AI, NLP, predictive modeling, or tools like ChatGPT, LangChain, Hugging Face
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong knowledge of SQL or relational databases
• Previous experience working in multidisciplinary teams or university projects
• Demonstrated competence, experience, or strong interest in digital technologies and digital transformation
