TXT e-Tech, part of the TXT Group, is seeking a Junior Process Management Engineer to contribute to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of software and hardware certification processes within the Embedded Systems for Aerospace Applications unit.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering and 1–2 years in process engineering or quality assurance. The role emphasizes technical documentation, traceability, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in process engineering, quality assurance, systems engineering, compliance, or regulated environments.
• Proficiency in English technical communication (B2 level) and ability to work with regulatory requirements.
