Overview

TXT E-TECH, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a new team member to join the Business Development department and support our growth in the Aerospace & Defence sector. The selected candidate will work closely with the Business Development Manager and company leadership to develop managed services, with a strong focus on customer relationships, commercial proposals, and project delivery.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the management of clients and projects within the Embedded division for the Aerospace & Defence sector
• Collaborate on the preparation of commercial offers, presentations, and technical documentation
• Analyze client needs and contribute to defining technical and economic solutions
• Monitor project KPIs and assist in reporting and project management activities
• Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure alignment between delivery and client expectations
• Assist in the selection of technical resources for the business unit
• Support the organization of commercial meetings with clients and prospects
• Contribute to the creation of proposals for turnkey projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering
• Experience of at least a year within the Aerospace & Defence sector and technical-commercial business development
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards (e.g., DO-178, DO-254)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and web tools
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of German is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy and abroad
