The Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing the company's accounting and tax obligations, ensuring that administrative and accounting processes are correctly followed in compliance with deadlines and current legislation.

The core responsibilities of the role include :

  • Managing administrative documentation related to company activities
  • Monitoring all accounting entries to ensure compliance with deadlines

Qualifications :

  • Identifies operational procedures for the accounting treatment of transactions, applying civil law and accounting principles for bookkeeping
  • Performs periodic tax accounting records, making corrections as necessary
  • Verifies accounting movements related to the company's business activities
  • Prepares reports to monitor cash flows and ensure the company's economic and financial health
  • Manages the customer portfolio, either directly or through local branches, developing and strengthening commercial partnerships
  • Collaborates with the legal team and general counsel to finalize contracts such as franchising and selective distribution terms
  • Promotes professional development through proactive team and digital activities focused on innovation and improving efficiency

Additional Information :
