A financial services company in Italy is seeking a recent graduate to support the Finance department with tasks including monthly closings, budget preparation, and invoicing processes. Candidates should have knowledge of General Accounting and be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Fluency in Italian and a solid command of English are required.

Mission

The resource will support the Finance department of CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe), Italy Branch, which includes the following areas: Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, and Tax services.

Main Tasks

• Participate in the monthly closings and ensure the production of periodic reports.
• Contribute to the elaboration of budget targets.
• Support the team managing day-to-day expenses note report activities.
• Handle invoicing processes and payments.
• Manage and support reconciliation & clearing of transitory accounts.

Qualifications

• You are a recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or similar studies.
• You have a good understanding of General Accounting, budgetary techniques, and financial flows.
• You are an expert in MS Office, especially Excel.
• You are fluent in Italian with a solid command of the English language.

Ideal starting date: October 1st or November 1st.
