A financial services company in Milan seeks a recent graduate to support its Finance department. Responsibilities include participation in monthly closings, budget target elaboration, and managing invoicing processes. Candidates should hold a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Management, be fluent in Italian and English, and possess strong MS Excel skills. The ideal starting date is January 2026.

Descrizione del lavoro

The resource will support the Finance department of CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe), Italy Branch, which includes the following areas: Accounting, Regulatory Reporting and Tax services.

The main tasks in this position will be the following:

• Participate in the monthly closings and ensure the production of periodic reports
• Contribute to the elaboration of budget targets
• Support the team managing day-to-day expenses note report activities
• Invoicing process and payments
• Manage and support reconciliation & clearing of transitory accounts

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has:

• A recent graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management or similar studies
• A good understanding of General Accounting, budgetary techniques and financial flows
• Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluency in Italian with a solid command of the English language as well
