A financial services company in Italy is seeking a recent graduate to support its Finance department. Responsibilities include monthly closings, budget elaboration, and managing daily expenses. Ideal candidates should have a background in Finance or related fields and be proficient in both Italian and English, with strong MS Excel skills. This position is set to start in January 2026.

The Mission

The resource will support the Finance department of CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe), Italy Branch, which includes the following areas : Accounting, Regulatory Reporting and Tax services.

The main tasks in this position will be the following :

• Participate to the monthly closings and ensure the production of periodic reports
• Contribute to the elaboration of budget targets
• Support the team managing day-to-day expenses note report activities
• Invoicing process and payments
• Manage and support reconciliation & clearing of transitory accounts

Qualifications

• You are a recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Management or similar studies
• You have good understanding of General Accounting, budgetary techniques and financial flows
• You are an expert in MS Office, especially Excel
• You are Fluent in Italian with a solid command of the English language as well
