The Junior Accountant is responsible for operational and administrative activities related to the company's accounting. Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you will perform bookkeeping operations according to standards and requirements.

• Primary Responsibilities
• Capturing invoices from customers and suppliers, and other daily transactions
• Managing administrative tasks in collaboration with the admin team
• Maintaining accurate financial records for the JUWI Italy Group according to Italian GAAP
• Assisting in preparing annual financial statements for group companies
• Supporting debtor and creditor control activities
• Performing ad-hoc controlling tasks with the Finance team
• Supporting reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Assisting in preparing and submitting VAT/Intrastat returns and ensuring timely VAT payments
• Collaborating with fiscal and payroll consultants
• Ensuring statutory compliance
• Managing payslips and purchase orders

Your Profile

• Qualifications and Experience
• At least 1 year of experience as an accountant in an international environment (preferred)
• Diploma in accounting
• Knowledge of international contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Professional proficiency in English
