A leading financial services company in Terni, Italy is seeking a recent graduate to support its Finance department. Responsibilities include participating in monthly closings, contributing to budget targets, and managing invoicing processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance or a related field, strong accounting knowledge, and fluency in both Italian and English. The role offers an ideal starting date in October or November.

• Expert in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in Italian and solid in English.

Mission

The resource will support the Finance department of CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe), Italy Branch, which includes the following areas :

• Accounting, Regulatory Reporting and Tax services.

The main tasks in this position will be the following :

1. Participate in the monthly closings and ensure the production of periodic reports
2. Contribute to the elaboration of budget targets
3. Support the team managing day-to-day expenses note report activities
4. Handle invoicing processes and payments
5. Manage and support reconciliation & clearing of transitory accounts

Qualifications

• You are a recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Management or similar studies
• You have a good understanding of General Accounting, budgetary techniques, and financial flows
• You are an expert in MS Office, especially Excel
• You are fluent in Italian with a solid command of the English language as well

Ideal starting date :

October 1st or November 1st
