Artemest cerca un Junior Accountant per potenziare il team AFC. Riporterà al Head of Accounting e assicurerà l’integrità dei registri contabili end-to-end, nel rispetto delle politiche interne e dei principi contabili.

Il ruolo richiede laurea in Economia o Finanza, 2+ anni di esperienza contabile e ottima padronanza di Excel; inglese minimo B2/C1. Iniziale contratto a tempo pieno, sede Milano e affiancamento all’AFC Team.

Competenze

• Laurea in Economia, Business o Finanza.
• Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ruoli contabili.
• Conoscenza dell’Inglese (B2/C1) e italiano nativo.

Mansioni

• Contabilizzazione e registrazione di fatture fornitori nazionali ed estere (Italia, CEE, EXTRA-CEE).
• Gestione fatturazione clienti e ciclo attivo.
• Elaborazione pagamenti, gestione cassa e conti bancari.

Posizione:

To enhance its team, Artemest is looking for a highly organized and energetic Junior Accountant to join the AFC Team.

The Junior Accountant will report to the Head of Accounting and Controlling and support the integrity of end-to-end accounting and financial records, in compliance with business needs, corporate directives and policies, and accounting principles.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Control and registration of Italian, CEE and EXTRA-CEE payable invoices from suppliers of goods and services
• Manage invoices to customers and support the receivables cycle
• Payment processing and daily cash management, including bank account management
• Update accounts payable and accounts receivable, and perform reconciliations
• Prepare bank reconciliations on a weekly and monthly basis
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Assist in the month-end close process, including general ledger, AR, AP and journal entries
• Support monthly VAT settlement
• Support monthly and quarterly tax fulfilments (Intrastat, F24, Withholding Taxes, Lipe, Oss)
• Participate in the preparation of financial statements and monthly reporting
• Create and edit spreadsheets for ad hoc reporting
• Support on other accounting and administration projects

Requisiti:

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor\'s or master’s degree in Economics, Business or Finance
• 2+ years of experience gained in accounting roles
• Italian Native and good level of English (at least B2/C1)
• General accounting knowledge in the application of receivables and payables
• Analytical acumen and problem-solving attitude
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude, able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication with clients and third parties concerning accounting, tax, audit or administrative issues
