• Job Description
• Responsible for correctness and adequateness of company books, bank accounts
• Liaising with State Tax institution, local banks for settling of bank accounts, VAT, revenue and other corporate taxes
• Preparing financial reports for financial and administrative institutions
• Supervised responsibility for defining the process flow of financial documents in Italy
• Supervised responsibility for developing and maintaining country-specific procedures and policies regarding the update of chart of accounts, inventory settlement regulations and other procedures
• Supervised preparation of inventory monthly and annual reports
• Assistance with yearly statutory reports and coordination with external auditors
• Qualifications
• College / University degree in Accounting
• At least 1 year of experience of independent work in Finance / Accounting
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and tax legislation
• Knowledge of and experience with SAP
• Proficient Italian and good English skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Responsibility, attention to detail, communication skills, ability to work in a team
• Experience in an international company is a plus
