Une entreprise de gestion de patrimoine de premier plan recherche un assistant pour son département financier. Le candidat soutiendra les activités comptables et de reporting réglementaire tout en participant à la gestion des dépenses quotidiennes. Ce rôle est idéal pour un jeune diplômé désireux de débuter sa carrière dans la finance au sein d'une institution reconnue.

Competenze

• Récemment diplômé en Finance ou domaines connexes.
• Bonne compréhension des techniques budgétaires et comptables.
• Maîtrise d'Excel et des langues italienne et anglaise.

Mansioni

• Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et produire des rapports périodiques.
• Contribuer à l'élaboration des cibles budgétaires.
• Gérer les factures et les paiements.

Mission

The resource will support the Finance department of CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe), Italy Branch, which includes the following areas:

• Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, and Tax services.

Main Tasks

• Participate in the monthly closings and ensure the production of periodic reports.
• Contribute to the elaboration of budget targets.
• Support the team managing day-to-day expenses note report activities.
• Handle invoicing processes and payments.
• Manage and support reconciliation and clearing of transitory accounts.

Qualifications

• You are a recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or similar studies.
• You have a good understanding of general accounting, budgetary techniques, and financial flows.
• You are an expert in MS Office, especially Excel.
• You are fluent in Italian with a solid command of English.
