What you will do. A glimpse in your role:

• Improve merchant's knowledge and expertise with our services by providing training to client's staff.
• Offer intensive support including product instructions.
• Maintain constant communication with customers to meet their needs and satisfy expectations.
• Proactively develop and manage business relationships at store level.
• Achieve sales targets and take corrective action when results materially deviate from expectations.
• Implement action plans and conduct in-store visits in line with the company’s strategy.
• Process and present business statistics and insights.
• Ensure optimal execution of in-store promotional plans and activities, according to the defined plan.
• Deliver agreed activities to the stores.
• Document all merchant-specific information and activities in CRM.

Key competencies to empower your journey. You'll drive towards success if you have:

Background and Education

• University degree is a plus.
• 1 - 2 years’ sales experience.
• Trade Marketing background and Services or Retail field knowledge will be a plus.
• Analytical and planning capability.
• Good communication and influencing skills.
• Proficient English knowledge.

Specific skills and knowledge

• Strong customer orientation.
• Ability to build personal relationships.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office products.
