About the Company - MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductor products, including a broad marketing and sales network across the world: Americas, EMEA, APAC.

About the Role - We are seeking a Junior Account Manager for the Italy region. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities -

  • Collaborate with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration.
  • Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.
  • Research and develop new customers and business segments.
  • Develop account strategies and execute business plans.
  • Handle customer issues effectively.
  • Meet sales targets (bookings/Billing).
  • Gather and summarize market intelligence and provide feedback to the product team.
  • Work regionally or globally with the team to achieve objectives.
  • Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels.

Education Background/Major:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience (Ideal):

2-4 years of sales or account management experience with a proven record of exceeding sales quotas.

Knowledge (Ideal):

Understanding of the semiconductor industry and experience working with semiconductor products.

Abilities/Qualities:

Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.

Availability for customer visits and occasional travel within Europe.

Skills/Certifications:

  • Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
