About the Company

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager for the Italy region. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Work with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design-wins and increase account penetration.
  • Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.
  • Research and develop new customers and business segments.
  • Develop account strategies and execute business plans.
  • Handle customer issues effectively.
  • Meet sales budget (booking/billing).
  • Collect and summarize market intelligence and provide feedback to the product team.
  • Collaborate regionally or globally to achieve objectives.
  • Hold business reviews with customers and distribution channels.
Qualifications

Education Background / Major: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience (Ideal): 2-4 years in sales or account management with a proven record of exceeding quotas.

Knowledge (Ideal): Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and experience with semiconductor products.

Abilities and Qualities

Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners, and ability to identify new opportunities.

Availability for customer visits and occasional travel within Europe.

Skills and Certifications
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
