About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Account Manager for the Italy region. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration.
  • Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.
  • Research and develop new customers and explore new business segments.
  • Develop account strategies and execute business plans.
  • Handle customer issues effectively.
  • Meet sales targets (bookings and billing).
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence and provide feedback to the relevant product teams.
  • Work collaboratively with regional or global teams to achieve objectives.
  • Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels.
Educational Background / Major

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Ideal Experience

2-4 years of sales or account management experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.

Knowledge (Ideal)

Familiarity with the semiconductor industry and experience working with semiconductor products.

Abilities/Qualities

Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.

Availability for customer visits and occasional travel within Europe.

Skills/Certifications
  • Fluent in English and Italian with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
