About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Account Manager for the Italy region. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration.
  • Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.
  • Research and develop new customers and business segments.
  • Develop account strategies and execute business plans.
  • Handle customer issues effectively.
  • Meet sales targets (bookings and billing).
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence and provide feedback to the product team.
  • Work collaboratively with regional and global teams to achieve objectives.
  • Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels.
Education Background / Major

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience (Ideal)

2-4 years of sales or account management experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.

Knowledge (Ideal)

Understanding of the semiconductor industry and experience working with semiconductor products.

Abilities / Qualities

Ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners, with an aptitude for identifying new business opportunities.

Availability for customer visits and occasional travel within Europe.

Skills / Certifications
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
