About the Company - MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductor products, including a broad marketing and sales network across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.

About the Role - We are seeking a Junior Account Manager for the Italy region. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design-wins and increase account penetration.
• Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.
• Research and develop new customers and business segments.
• Develop account strategies and execute business plans.
• Handle customer issues effectively.
• Meet sales targets (booking and billing).
• Collect and analyze market intelligence and provide feedback to relevant product teams.
• Work collaboratively with regional and global teams to achieve objectives.
• Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels.

Qualifications

Education Background / Major: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience (Ideal): 2-4 years of experience in sales or account management with a proven record of exceeding sales quotas.

Knowledge (Ideal): Understanding of the semiconductor industry and experience with semiconductor products.

Skills and Qualities

Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including contract negotiations and deal closures.

Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners, with an ability to identify new business opportunities.

Willingness to travel within the Europe region for customer visits.

Skills/Certifications

• Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
