Location: Based in Padua.

Role: The Junior Account will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and portfolios, with accountability for client retention and new business development. She/he will help manage and develop client and WTW relationships, service and grow the portfolio within the business unit, and target and convert prospects. The principal accountability is to prioritize the interests of clients and uphold the integrity of the market.

Responsibilities
  1. Understanding the client’s business and risk management needs, delivering ongoing service.
  2. Understanding the client’s global insurance program and aligning it with their insurance and risk management philosophy.
  3. Maintaining information on the client database.
  4. Preparing market presentations and underwriting submissions as required.
  5. Interpreting and reviewing quotations to ensure they meet client needs.
  6. Negotiating terms and cover alterations with insurers and presenting to the client.
  7. Completing reports and summaries of insurance for interested parties.
  8. Attending key client and market meetings.
  9. Collaborating with clients and insurers to address issues.
  10. Liaising with other divisions and offices of WTW for specialist expertise and local service.
  11. Managing international client programs and maintaining relationships within the WTW network.
Qualifications
The Requirements
  • Degree educated.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
  • Technical knowledge of insurance to effectively address client needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
  • Professional demeanor with internal and external contacts, demonstrating credibility.
  • Proven client service delivery experience.
  • Analytical skills to assess situations and recommend solutions.
  • Understanding of processes supporting the business unit and WTW's strategy.
  • Experience with client service processes and systems.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Preference will be given to candidates belonging to protected categories as per Law 68/99.
