A growing company in Italy seeks a Junior Account Executive to manage the complete sales cycle, focusing on meal vouchers for small businesses. This role offers a competitive salary between €35,000 and €45,000 with an uncapped commission structure and remote flexibility within Italy. Ideal candidates are self-driven, proactive, and fluent in Italian and English.

We’re growing fast in Italy, and to accelerate this growth, we’re looking for a Junior Account Executive to own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, focusing on meal vouchers for companies with up to 50 employees.

This role is a step between a classic BDR and a full Account Executive: you’ll generate your own opportunities, occasionally manage inbound leads, and handle deals end-to-end — until the company makes its first meal voucher payment.
You’ll be part of a small, high-energy, early-stage team in Italy. You’ll talk to founders, HR managers, and office managers.
Your target will be mainly based on the volume of revenue generated.
