Are you ready to shape the future of HR in a dynamic, global environment? We're seeking a visionary HR Business Partner to join our team in Northern Italy, directly reporting to the PPG Italy HR Country Coordinator.
Your Mission:
As our HR Business Partner, you'll be the driving force behind our people strategy, influencing the success of approximately 400 employees across both white-collar and blue-collar roles. You'll navigate diverse situations, turning them into opportunities for growth and innovation.
What You'll Do
Who You Are:
- A forward-thinking HR professional with a positive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Solution-driven, with a knack for finding opportunities within challenges
- Fluent in English and well-versed in Italian employment legislation
- Experienced in the industrial sector, preferably within multinational environments
- A master of interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and organization
- Comfortable navigating complex situations and collaborating with global teams
The role is a replacement, for a 1 year fixed-term contract.
