We are looking for our next HR BP for Italy North - 1-year contract.

Are you ready to shape the future of HR in a dynamic, global environment? We're seeking a visionary HR Business Partner to join our team in Northern Italy, reporting directly to the PPG Italy HR Country Coordinator.

Your Mission:

As our HR Business Partner, you'll be the driving force behind our people strategy, influencing the success of approximately 400 employees across both white-collar and blue-collar roles. You'll navigate diverse situations, turning them into opportunities for growth and innovation.

What You'll Do
  • Translate business, functional, and corporate strategies into the local HR agenda, supported by data and analytics.
  • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, using data to develop talent, total rewards, engagement, performance, culture, and capability building aligned with local business outcomes.
  • Deliver sustainable short- and long-term business and functional performance through strategic capability development.
  • Ensure the execution of HR strategies, balancing local business needs with program requirements, while advocating the company's approach.
  • Collaborate with regional and local leaders to improve and implement standard processes (e.g., talent management, rewards, engagement, succession planning, and development).
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote awareness, accountability, and tailored actions where needed.
  • Optimize workforce resources through planning, productivity analysis, restructuring, and deployment.
  • Support employee relations and labor negotiations with unions and works councils.
  • Manage local, non-complex issues such as employee relations, attendance, compensation, disciplinary procedures, and policy adherence, following global, regional, and local guidelines.
