The role is a replacement, for a 1-year fixed-term contract.
This role involves multi-site management across Northern Italy, with approximately 60% travel. You'll be at the forefront of HR innovation, managing strategic topics like labor relations and analytics, as well as soft skills such as culture development and talent growth.
