Job Description

In this role, you’ll be part of our international Sales Team, directly reporting to the Regional Southern Europe & MEA Sales Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Drive Sales & Market Growth
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies in close liaison with your N+1 for dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, and functional foods.
  3. Expand business through new customer acquisition and existing account growth via sales and technical promotion of our active ingredients and solutions.
  4. Support and manage distributors/agents to meet ambitious sales targets.
  5. Identify CMOs, Brandowners, and market trends to position innovative ingredients effectively.
  6. Customer & Partner Management
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels.
  8. Conduct technical training and joint visits with distributors.
  9. Manage customer accounts, ensuring smooth order processing, claims, and overdue settlements.
  10. Use CRM tools (Sales Force) to track opportunities and forecast sales.
  11. Market & Business Development
  12. Identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline for long-term growth.
  13. Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, and industry events.
  14. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  15. Strategic Planning & Execution
  16. Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategy development.
  17. Implement BU pricing policies and provide sales performance reports.
  18. Work cross-functionally with technical, R&D, and marketing teams to support business goals.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Pharmacy, Science, Food & Nutrition preferred); an MBA is a plus. Candidates should have 3-5+ years of B2B sales/marketing/R&D experience, ideally in Food Supplement Ingredients. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with an entrepreneurial mindset to identify new markets and customer needs. Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus. Willingness to travel internationally (up to 60%) is necessary.
