We are a dynamic company in the premium accessories and watch industry, dedicated to delivering unparalleled products and experiences to our customers worldwide. As we expand our team, we are seeking a passionate and creative Junior Sales Assistant to join our team in Milan.

D1 Milano is an Italian Watch Brand with over 3 million people visiting our website every year, more than 800 POS worldwide, more than 500K social community and over 120 000 watches sold each year.

Position

The candidate, reporting directly to the Store Manager, will assist customers in the sales process and manage the store's operations, ensuring a high standard of customer experience and promoting the Brand's image.

Requirements : - Competence in cash management and back-office operations; - Strong aptitude for assisted sales and goal achievement; - Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and teamwork; - Strong love for Creative Arts, we see ourselves as a creative hub; - Interest in Design and in Art Curation; - We would like to develop our retail store as a creative hub therefore creative skills and networking are a plus; - Good listening skills and initiative.

Additional Requirements : - Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken (at least B2 level). Knowledge of a second language is considered an advantage; - Precision, organization, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team, critical thinking, and observation skills.
