The Role

We are a fast-growing, innovative startup looking for a Full Stack Developer to help us build AI agents. If you’re flexible, energetic, and passionate about programming, this might be the right role for you!

• Full-time contract with flexible hours
• Fully remote (with regular multi-day meetups / retreats every couple of months)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the customer dashboard with a strong emphasis on UX / UI
• Optimize front-end performance
• Integrate with backend services and APIs
• Solve AI engineering–related problems

Requirements

Core Tech Stack

• Next.js (App Router & Server Components)
• Node.js (and Express.js)
• React
• TypeScript
• Tailwind CSS
• Postgres

Bonus Skills

• Experience or strong interest in AI / Context Engineering (e.g. OpenAI APIs, building RAG systems, etc.)

Soft Skills

• Flexible and adaptable mindset in a startup environment
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new tech
• Passion for programming
• Self-discipline for remote work, with openness to monthly in-person meetings

Location Requirement

• Must be based in or near Northern Italy (or able to attend periodic in-person meetings)
