Role

JR/Mid Full Stack Developer

Location and Work Style

• Must be based in or near Northern Italy (or able to attend periodic in-person meetings)
• Fully remote (with regular multi-day meetups/retreats every couple of months)
• Location requirement: Apply only if you live in Italy or Central Europe

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the customer dashboard with a strong emphasis on UX/UI
• Optimize front-end performance
• Integrate with backend services and APIs
• Solve AI engineering–related problems

• Next.js (App Router & Server Components)
• Node.js (and Express.js)

Bonus Skills

• Experience or strong interest in AI / Context Engineering (e.g. OpenAI APIs, building RAG systems, etc.)
