JR / Mid Full Stack Developer

The Role

We are a fast-growing, innovative startup looking for a Full Stack Developer to help us build AI agents. If you’re flexible, energetic, and passionate about programming, this might be the right role for you! Full-time contract with flexible hours. Fully remote with regular multi-day meetups / retreats every couple of months

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the customer dashboard with a strong emphasis on UX / UI
• Optimize front-end performance
• Integrate with backend services and APIs
• Solve AI engineering–related problems

Requirements

• Core Tech Stack: Next.js (App Router & Server Components), Node.js (and Express.js), React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Postgres
• Bonus Skills: Experience or strong interest in AI / Context Engineering (e.g. OpenAI APIs, building RAG systems, etc.)
• Soft Skills: Flexible and adaptable mindset in a startup environment; Willingness to learn and experiment with new tech; Passion for programming; Self-discipline for remote work, with openness to monthly in-person meetings
• Location Requirement: Must be based in or near Northern Italy or able to attend periodic in-person meetings
