Jr. Business Developer Italia Packaging Industriale Milano Est, Milan

Location: Milan, Italy

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Business Developer will be responsible for:

1. Managing and developing the existing client portfolio across Italy
2. Identifying and developing new business opportunities, mainly in the industrial sector
3. Working closely with the team to achieve targets
4. Monitoring and reporting sales performance
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective strategies
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the industrial/manufacturing sector
7. Participating in industry fairs and events

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a business developer, preferably in the industrial packaging sector or related fields
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Strong client management abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel
