QSRP is looking for a Jr Account Payable Specialist to join our Finance Department. If you are interested and ready to take on this responsibility, we want you!

Mission: Reporting to the Accounting Manager based in Antwerp, the Accounting Payable Specialist is responsible for verifying proper payment approval and processing payments promptly. Your activities will include:

• Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders and receipt proofs
• Obtaining payment approvals for non-cost of goods sold invoices
• Entering supplier invoices into the payables software
• Issuing notices to suppliers regarding rejected invoice line items
• Processing expense reports and procurement card payments
• Notifying managers when expenditures exceed budgets
• Issuing stop payments and discussing payment proposals with local management
• Incorporating supplier credits into payments and researching payment requests
• Updating the supplier master file and reconciling accounts payable to the general ledger

Main requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred; up to 3 years of accounting experience; good knowledge of SAP and Excel; fluent in English (C1), French knowledge is a plus; strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently; excellent communication skills across diverse teams and cultures.
