QSRP Group is looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. Role Summary: As a Junior Accountant, you will be part of the Finance team focusing on Accounts Payable activities. You will support daily accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. This role involves collaboration with local teams and the central Finance department based in Belgium within a fast-paced and international environment. We seek candidates with a Business Administration or Economics degree, fluency in Italian and English, familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel), and SAP (preferable).

Mission: Reporting to the Accounting Manager based in Antwerp, the Accounts Payable specialist is responsible for verifying proper payment approval and processing payments promptly. Key activities include:

• Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders and proofs of receipt
• Obtaining payment approvals for non-Cost of Goods Sold invoices
• Entering supplier invoices into the payables software
• Issuing notices to suppliers regarding rejected invoice line items
• Processing expense reports
• Processing procurement card payments
• Notifying managers when expenditure exceeds budgets
• Issuing stop payments
• Discussing payment proposals with local management
• Incorporating supplier credits into payments
• Researching supplier payment requests
• Updating the supplier master file
• Reconciling accounts payable with the general ledger

Main requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Maximum 3 years of accounting experience
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
• Fluent in Italian (C1) and English (C1)
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Adaptability to fast-changing environments
• Good communication skills for stakeholder engagement across departments and cultures
